1. Best Paper Award

Eligibility:
All accepted papers presented at MEEE 2027 are eligible for consideration for the Best Paper Award.

Selection Criteria:
The Awards Committee will select 1-3 outstanding papers based on the following criteria:

• Significance of contribution: The novelty, originality, and potential impact of the research contribution;
• Technical quality: The soundness of methodology, theoretical rigor, experimental validation, and overall technical merit;
• Clarity and organization: The quality of manuscript presentation, structure, readability, and effectiveness in communicating the research outcomes;
• Innovation and applicability: The degree of innovation and potential practical impact of the proposed approaches or solutions.

Selection Process:
The Awards Committee will review eligible papers and make the final selection based on the above criteria. The award recipients will be announced during the conference.

Award:
Certificate of Best Paper Award + Recognition at the conference.

2. Best Presentation Award

Eligibility:
All oral and poster presentations delivered during MEEE 2027 technical sessions are eligible for the Best Presentation Award.

Selection Criteria:
For each technical session, the Session Chair(s) will select one Best Presentation Award recipient based on:

• Originality and significance of the presented work;
• Technical merit and research quality;
• Relevance and applicability of the research outcomes;
• Quality and effectiveness of presentation materials (PPT/Poster design and organization);
• Clarity of oral presentation and English communication skills;
• Ability to address questions and engage with the audience.

Selection Process:
Each Technical Session Chair will nominate one outstanding presentation from their session.

Award:
Certificate of Best Presentation Award + Gift.

3. Outstanding Service Award

Eligibility:
The Outstanding Service Award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the successful organization of MEEE 2027. Eligible candidates may include Technical Program Committee (TPC) members, reviewers, session organizers, volunteers, and technical support staff.

Candidates will be shortlisted by the TPC Chairs based on their contributions, including but not limited to:

• Active involvement in conference organization and coordination;
• Significant efforts in manuscript solicitation and peer-review management;
• Outstanding support for technical program development;
• Contributions to conference facilities, technical infrastructure, or operational support;
• Professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to the conference community.

Selection Process:
The Awards Committee will review the shortlisted candidates and select the final award recipients.

Award:
Certificate of Outstanding Service Award + Gift.

4. Award Committee

The MEEE 2027 Awards Committee is responsible for overseeing the nomination, evaluation, and selection processes of all conference awards. All decisions made by the Awards Committee are final.
