Registration Policies

One regular registration covers one paper of up to six pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Additional papers may be registered at a reduced rate, applicable only when the registered author serves as the first author on both the primary and additional papers.

A single regular registration, regardless of the number of additional papers, includes only one copy of the conference proceedings.

The student registration rate is applicable exclusively to students who are the first authors of their papers and must provide a copy of their valid student ID card at the time of registration.

IEEE No Show Policy

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including but not limited to removal from IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference by one of the authors.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy shall apply:

• More than 60 days prior to the conference: 70% of the registration fee will be refunded
• 30–60 days prior to the conference: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
• Less than 30 days prior to the conference: No refund will be issued

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted formally via email to the conference secretariat.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the conference dates and venue due to force majeure events. In such cases, any losses incurred as a result of force majeure shall not be the liability of the organizing committee, and the standard refund policy shall not apply.
