August 6, 2027

Registration and On-Site Check-In

The first day of the conference is dedicated to on-site registration. Participants are expected to check in at the conference venue and collect their conference materials at the registration counter. Please note that registration services will also remain available throughout the second day of the conference.

August 7, 2027

Opening Remarks & Keynote Speeches ( Morning )

The conference chair will host the opening ceremony on the morning of the day. All participants are cordially invited to attend. Following the ceremony, distinguished keynote speakers will deliver inspiring presentations, sharing their latest cutting-edge research findings with the audience. A group photo session for all participants will be arranged during the intermission.

Author Presentation in Sessions  ( Afternoon )

Presentations will be organized into parallel sessions according to the conference topics. Each session will begin promptly, chaired by a session chair, who will evaluate each presentation. The allocated time for each presentation is 15 minutes, including Q&A.

August 8, 2027

Author Presentation in Sessions

Participants' presentations are divided into different sessions based on the conference topics, participants should find the right session room and be there at least 3 minutes earlier to copy his ppt/pdf presentation into the laptop and get ready. Then the session chair will start the session on time, and give a grade to each presentation, which should be within 15 minutes, including Q&A.

Attention!

For safety consideration, please take good care of your belongings in the public places. Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms. The organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings.
